Motion & Medium uses print-on-demand production, meaning each item is created specifically after your order is placed.

Production Time

Please allow an average of 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping starts at $4.75 for the first item, with an additional $2.40 for each additional item.

Standard shipping charges will not exceed $15 per order.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once it becomes available.

International Shipping

Motion & Medium currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is unavailable until further notice.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you may have the option to request a reprint for an additional charge or receive a partial refund.
